INSPIRED BY THE LIFE HE LED, THE BOB MOSES FUND FOR EDUCATION AND ORGANIZING IS A NATIONALLY FOCUSED FUND THAT SERVES THREE PRIMARY PURPOSES:

*INVEST*

In local leaders, organizations, and initiatives whose work embodies the spirit and work of Bob Moses.

*NURTURE*

A living legacy that remains in dialogue with ideas and questions Bob raised for himself, young people and America.

*GROW*

A network of organizations, initiatives and people working in the spirit of Bob Moses.

A MOVEMENT
IS FOREVER

The Fund is guided by both an ambassadorial advisory committee and an expert program committee. Currently, the Fund supports current efforts executed in Dr. Moses’ memory, such as a speaker series spearheaded by Dr. Janet Jemmott Moses in partnership with leading universities. The fund will also support work founded by Dr. Moses himself, as well as those motivated by his signature mentorship style and guidance.

This Fund, housed by and launched in partnership with the Cambridge Community Foundation, was created in close partnership with the Moses Family to memorialize the extraordinary legacy of Dr. Bob Moses – an inspirational educator, civil rights leader, mentor, father, and father-figure to many.

THE BOB MOSES FUND GROWS OUT OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT AND THE BLACK STRUGGLE FOR FREEDOM IN AMERICA. WE SHARE ROOTS WITH:
